-I received the incorrect size or damage in my order, what do I do now? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue an option of a complete refund or an exchange of your shirt (we will email you a new shipping label free of cost to you).
-I would like to make a return. How can I go about that? We are committed to your complete satisfaction so we make returns easy, Contact our support team at email@example.com and let us know your desire to return. You will receive a shipping label to return the shirt. Once the shirt is received in good condition, you will receive a complete refund.
Make sure you include a note with your name, order number or email the order was placed with in the returned package.
Please note: Any customized or personalized shirts are not eligible for exchange. Customized shirts are made specifically for one customer in mind, and they are non-refundable. However, in the event that we sent a damaged item or the wrong size, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
If an item doesn't fit (not due to us shipping the wrong size), a replacement can be ordered at a discounted price of 25% off - after the returned item has been received. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
-When will my order ship? Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
What is your exchange or refund policy?
Our return policy period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your day you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return most be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or your return will not be processed.
If you have a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone with a picture of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Incorrect items will receive a prepaid return label so that you can send the item back at no cost to you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges only allowed on full price items, sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you.
